Cook and Can Shipping Policy

At Cook and Can, we strive to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are currently unable to ship certain items to the following address types:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • Other locations not serviced by major carriers (FedEx, UPS)

Please contact us at support@cookandcan.com to verify if the item type you are ordering is eligible to be shipped to the above address types.

If we cannot ship to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, shipping method selected, and delivery destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions; these will be clearly displayed on our website during the promotional period.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a resolution.

  • Carrier Delays: Cook and Can is not liable for shipping delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or regional laws. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund for the restricted item(s).​
